<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical film which can be manufactured at low cost by conveniently and precisely performing alignment of a lens and a light reflection part, and to provide a method of manufacturing the optical film. <P>SOLUTION: The method includes: a molding roller shape transferring step of causing a transparent support film of which one side surface is formed of an ultraviolet ray curable resin layer by coating to pass through between a pair of molding rollers having such a structure as to be made as a cylindrical lens, a prism or an assembly of them, and to be irradiated with UV ray; a reflection layer forming step of uniformly forming a three-dimensional reflection layer which contains white color pigment on another side surface and has reflection function; and a stripe working step of performing stripe working by making a laser beam incident from one side surface and selectively removing the reflection layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
