PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a signal sent from a repeater device from becoming an interference wave to other wireless systems existing in the periphery of the repeater device in circumstances wherein a mobile communication service cannot be provided due to the change in assignment of a wireless communication band, or the like.

SOLUTION: A repeater device 1 includes: a down link relay part 14 for relaying a down link signal sent from a base station; an up link relay part 15 for relaying an up link signal sent from a mobile station; a company discrimination information acquisition part 16 for acquiring company discrimination information for discriminating a communication company, from the down link signal; and a relay control part 17 for stopping relay processing of the down link relay part 14 and the up link relay part 15 in the case of non-coincidence between company discrimination information and preliminarily determined information for collation.
