Method for determination of precipitating serums specific to any antigens through enhancement of precipitating properties of immunoglobulins G specific to any agents due to specific binding of Fc fragments of immunoglobulins of class G and formation from immunoglobulins G of polymer chains that specifically interact with antigen or antigens, at that non-precipitating immune serum is treated with solutions with chemical or biological origin that specifically interact with Fc fragments of immunoglobulins G and play the role of binding bridges between Fc fragments of immunoglobulins G with formation of polymer chains with free Fab fragments, specific to arbitrary antigens, specific precipitation is registered vivually or by means of apparatuses comparison of samples that include or do not includes antigen, by manifestation in solution of specific precipitation band or precipitating complexes of antigen with polymer immunoglobulins. |
