An executive device of mole-draining machine in which the drainer in its front part is with arranged inclined I vertical plane front compacting unit and with horizontal knife immersed lower than the bit, and in the lower part the drainer is arranged with flat bottom and long axial cut I the bottom, its width increases in direction from front compacting device to tail section of drainer.
