<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sintering aid capable of forming a densified sintered article without damaging characteristics even if burned at a low temperature and to provide a sintered article and a ceramic capacitor. <P>SOLUTION: A composition ratio by mol of a first component consisting of an Si compound, a second component containing at least either one of a B compound and an Al compound and a third component containing at least one among a Ba compound, a Zn compound and a Ca compound satisfies a range surrounded by a point A (X, Y, Z)=(0.21, 0.37, 0.42), a point B (X, Y, Z)=(0.364, 0.192, 0.444), a point C (X, Y, Z)=(0.47, 0.174, 0.356), a point D (X, Y, Z)=(0.618, 0.182, 0.20), a point E (X, Y, Z)=(0.618, 0.228, 0.154) and a point F (X, Y, Z)=(0.261, 0.375, 0.364) in the triangular figure expressed in the drawing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
