<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent unauthorized financial transaction, committed by a third party using an authentication medium, by making the financial transaction allowed when the authentication medium is used with both a card and a mobile terminal. <P>SOLUTION: The device is an automatic transaction device 10, capable of performing the financial transaction using a mobile terminal 32 equipped with a function of the authentication medium, having a card reading part 12 for reading the authentication information recorded on a card 31, the mobile terminal reading part for reading the authentication information recorded on the mobile terminal 32, and an authentication processing part 11 for performing the personal authentication based on the authentication information.
