A boiled fish paste making machine is provided to produce high-quality boiled fish paste without a frying process. A boiled fish paste making machine(100) comprises: a main body case(10) which is in the form of a tunnel and has an inlet(11) an outlet; a first heat generating part(20) which is joined to a support(21) and consists of an electric heating plate(22) generating heat when electricity is applied and a cover(23) preventing the loss of the generated heat; a transfer part(30) which consists of a transfer roller(31) placed in the front/rear of the main body case, a transfer motor(32) operating the transfer roller, and a ceramic-coated transfer belt(33) placed under the first heat generating part and attached to the transfer roller; an auxiliary processing roller(40) which is apart forward from the outlet of the main body case, is placed on the top of the transfer belt, and consists of auxiliary rollers(41a,41b,41c) generating heat when electricity is applied; a control box(50) which controls the temperature of the electric heating plate or the speed of the transfer part; and a power supply part(60). The cover of the first generating part has an open lower part and allows the generated heat to be transferred downward. Through the transfer belt, fish paste formed in a fish paste forming machine is transferred to the inlet of the main body case and then to the outlet. The fish paste is heated again by the auxiliary rollers.
