An envelope loading box for an eyeglass lens is provided to prevent the surface of an envelope from being slantly printed by exactly positioning the surface thereof at a front side of a print head. An envelope loading box for an eyeglass lens comprises as follows. A double screw shaft(200) is installed through a frame(110) of the envelope loading box which is mounted on an eyeglass lens packaging envelope printer. Envelope guides(150,151) are coupled on both sides of the double screw shaft and positioned at a lateral surface of the framed. A guide bar is installed below of the envelope guides and inserted into the frame. A control screw(210) is installed to be positioned outside the envelope guides and rotates the double screw shaft. An envelope is loaded between the envelope guides and is pushed with a pushing unit(170).
