<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an audio server, capable of attaining sharing of evaluations related to an audio content among users and ensuring of reliability of a tabulation result obtained by tabulating evaluations by many users for the audio content. <P>SOLUTION: The audio server 1 requests, when an information processor 2 is connected thereto, the information processor 2 to report an evaluation for an audio content downloaded in the past.
