PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer control device 10 surely transferring data even when a failure occurs in a signal line without providing a redundant signal line. SOLUTION: The transfer control device 10 disposed between a bus 50 and a bus interface 30 comprises a bus connecting means 102 to be connected to a plurality of signal lines of the bus, an interface connecting means 100 to be connected to a plurality of signal lines of the bus interface 30, and a connection controlling means 150, 170 and 182 that, when a defective signal line exists in the bus 50, connect a signal line corresponding to the defective signal line, among the signal lines of the interface connecting means 100, to the signal lines other than the defective signal line among the plurality of signal lines of the bus 50.
