PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To visually confirm videos of traffic states and road states on the front, rear and left and right sides in a distal end part of a vehicle without being hindered by a dead angle specific to the vehicle, although there is a problem wherein a preventing measure can not be quickly taken by quickly discovering a danger if the danger occurs in a traveling range of the vehicle since a conventional automobile has problems of the dead angle and convenience in front, right and left visually confirming functions. SOLUTION: A video camera holding body mounted with an electric rotary type video camera mechanism in an upper part, an electric rotary type video camera holding body mounted with a video camera mechanism in an upper part and the electric rotary type video camera mechanism are mounted on a front fender apron. The traffic states and road states of the right and left direction and front and rear direction are imaged by video cameras of the video camera mechanism and the electric rotary type video camera mechanism, and the videos can be visually confirmed in a monitor mechanism installed in a cabin.
