摘要 An apparatus for adjusting the degree of freedom using a sensor in assembling an optical device is provided to prevent distortion due to deterioration of a focus at a specific portion on a screen by compensating a three to six axial error generated in attaching an imaging element on a PCB(Printed Circuit Board) plate. A unit for adjusting the degree of freedom(110) includes a holder unit and an error compensating unit. The holder unit fixes and supports a PCB assembly with a PCB plate attached with an imaging element. The error compensating unit compensates an error generated in surface-mounting the imaging element by adjusting the degree of freedom through position control of the holder unit. A plate fixing unit(120) includes a fixing jig and a coupling plate fixing plunger. The fixing jig receives and fixes a coupling plate. The coupling plate fixing plunger is elevated by an elevating device. A laser generation unit(130) emits a laser beam to the imaging device. A sensor unit(140) measures a current attachment state of the imaging device. A controller unit(150) receives a value measured by the sensor unit, compares the value with a preset master reference value, and displays a current position of the imaging element and whether a good or bad state is determined or not on a monitor(160).
