<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document data management system capable of secure disposal management for document data and printed paper output based upon the document data. <P>SOLUTION: The document data management system deletes document data by a document management server 70 in response to a deletion instruction from a history management server 30. At the time, if printed paper, subjected to printing by an MFP 10 based upon the document data, is not disposed of by the disposal device 40, a document management server 70 stores management data for checking the process of disposing of the printed paper that has not been disposed of.
