<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor, an image processing method and an imaging apparatus by which noise of an image is removed without detecting the noise. <P>SOLUTION: The image processor, which processes an input image in a pixel unit, is provided with; a feature image generation part which generates a predetermined feature image from the input image; an interpolation value calculation part which calculates a plurality of interpolation values for interpolating a pixel value for every pixel based on the feature image generated by the feature image generation part; a correction value calculation part which calculates feature values for every pixel from the input image and calculates correction values for correcting each of the plurality of interpolation values calculated for every pixel; an interpolation value correction part which corrects each of the plurality of interpolation values calculated for every pixel in the interpolation value calculation part based on the correction values for every pixel calculated in the correction value calculation part; and a correction image generation part which corrects the feature image based on the interpolation values for every pixel corrected in the interpolation value correction part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
