CONDUCTIVE PASTE FOR PHOTOELECTRIC CONVERSION DEVICE, PHOTOELECTRIC CONVERSION DEVICE, AND METHOD OF CONSTRUCTING PHOTOELECTRIC CONVERSION DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide conductive paste which is used for constructing a solar cell and other photoelectric conversion devices and forms a rear face electrode having a high adhesion strength while suppressing a curvature accompanied with a formation of the rear face electrode of a semiconductor substrate, and also to provide the photoelectric conversion devices produced by using the conductive paste.

SOLUTION: A rear face electrode 5 of a solar cell 10 using a thinly layered semiconductor substrate 1 is produced by the conductive paste which is obtained by adding glass powder having a glass transition point in a range of 280°C to 430°C to metal powder which uses Al as a principal.
