PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production device of fiber-reinforced resin strand, wherein a deviating angle of a roller for giving twist to fiber-reinforced resin strand can easily be controlled and there is equipped with an angle controlling device of a simple structure. SOLUTION: The construction of the device is as follows: the first axis-roller supporting material 20 in a device L<SB>A</SB>controlling a deviating angle of a roller of a production device of fiber-reinforced resin strand is rounded around the axis core of the first driving shaft 24 crossing with the first axis-roller supporting axis 11a of the first twisting roller 11, only whereby the deviating angle of the first twisting roller 11 can be controlled, and the second axis-roller supporting material 30 is rounded around the axis core of the second driving shaft 34 crossing the second roller spindle 12a of the second twisting roller 12, only whereby a deviating angle of the second twisting roller 12 can be controlled.
