PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a stored telephone call signal from being altered and stolen. SOLUTION: This telephone recorder provided in conjunction with this telephone terminal includes: a telephone call signal acquisition means for acquiring a telephone call signal in the telephone terminal; a telephone call signal encrypting means for encrypting the telephone call signal acquired by the telephone call signal acquisition means, and a storage means for storing an encryption telephone call signal encrypted by the telephone call signal encrypting means. In this case, an encryption method in which an encryption key is different from a decryption key is applied, and it is desirable to encrypt the telephone call signal by an encryption key inherent in the telephone terminal.
