A shock absorber having an anti-deformation valve disk is provided to prevent a plane portion from deforming by making resistance to load applied between projection joints by fluid pressure when projections of the disk are seated on a bottom surface of a groove of a valve body. A shock absorber having an anti-deformation valve disk comprises a valve body(20) and a valve disk(10). The valve body is equipped with projection joints(28) and circular grooves(29) equipped with channels(24,26) that allow fluid to flow up and down. The valve disk is installed on the valve body to open and close the channels selectively. The valve disk includes a plane portion(12) seated on the projection joints and projections(16) projected from the plane portion and contacted to inner surfaces of the grooves. In addition, deformation of the plane portion is prevented by allowing the projections to make resistance to load applied between the projection joints.
