<p>A zirconium oxide coater for a nuclear fuel rod is provided to obtain an installation space and to minimize an energy cost for coating an oxide by coating the oxide only on a part of the surface of the nuclear fuel rod. A zirconium oxide coater for a nuclear fuel rod includes a hot wire, a fireproof member(21), a buffer thermal insulation member(20), and a fuel rod receiving unit(23). The hot wire radiates heat. The fireproof member includes the hot wire inside. The buffer thermal insulation member buffers and supports the nuclear fuel rod at a periphery of the fireproof member and prevents the heat from being discharged outside a chamber(20b). The fuel rod receiving unit traverses the buffer thermal insulation member and the fireproof member at an upper part of the buffer thermal insulation member and the fireproof member to receive the nuclear fuel rod.</p> |
