A method for manufacturing a noninflammable louver for construction materials is provided to produce the noninflammable louvers by treating wood louvers with a phosphorous inorganic water-soluble mixture noninflammable treatment agent. A method for manufacturing a noninflammable louver for construction materials comprises the steps of: pouring wood louvers into an impregnation tank, closing the impregnation tank, and then vacuum-processing the wood louvers at the atmospheric pressure of 760 millibars for 30 minutes; pouring a phosphorous inorganic water-soluble mixture noninflammable treatment agent; returning the noninflammable treatment agent after releasing pressure and removing moisture by vacuum-processing the wood louvers contained in the impregnation tank, at the atmospheric pressure of 760 millibars again; and drying the louvers at 45°C in a vacuum state of 760 millibars for 7 days by a high-frequency vacuum processing method, and then inspecting the dried louvers and packing the completed louvers. |
