<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple, small-sized, and inexpensive antenna capable of being resonated at wavelengths λ<SB>01</SB>and λ<SB>02</SB>. <P>SOLUTION: The antenna comprises: an L-shaped antenna element 4 resonated at a wavelength of λ<SB>01</SB>/4; and an L-shaped antenna element 3 resonated at a wavelength of λ<SB>02</SB>/4, and an input terminal of an exciter 2 is connected to a high frequency circuit (not shown). The λ<SB>02</SB>/4 antenna element 3 is coupled via a static capacitor C<SB>2</SB>to an open end 2b whose current is substantially zero when a standing wave with a wavelength λ<SB>02</SB>is applied to the exciter 2. Further, the λ<SB>01</SB>/4 antenna element 4 is coupled via a static capacitor C<SB>1</SB>to an intermediate point 2c whose current of the third harmonic is zero when the standing wave with a wavelength λ<SB>01</SB>is applied to the exciter 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
