PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of a test method in a remote supervisory controller that a simple remote supervisory controller is not economical because two behavior tests of 5C2 and 3C2 are required. SOLUTION: One position information is transmitted as a combination of 2 bit codes for testing the transmission position of one word. Coding for a test is applied only to a position requiring a test so that a test position and bit data can exist mixedly in the same word.
