PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image determination method and an image determination device by which the number of times of photographing to prepare reference image data for discrimination is reduced. SOLUTION: Under a plurality of predetermined lighting conditions on the basis of digital image data 1 to be used in printing a display sheet, a plurality of changed digital image data 11 and 12 corresponding to a plurality of digital photography image data obtained when a sign is photographed from a plurality of predetermined angles of photography is created.
