<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearing state inspection device and a bearing state inspection method, capable of estimating the state of a lubricating film on a rolling bearing in the noncontact state to a rotation side wheel or a rolling element, of measuring simply an oil film thickness or the like, without using electrical contact such as a slip ring, and of simply assembling the device as a whole. <P>SOLUTION: This device is equipped with a conductive rotating ring 8 mounted on an inner ring 3 and is conducted electrically to the inner ring 3, and a fixing side unit 13 mounted on an outer ring 2. The fixing side unit 13 has a fixed ring 9 which is electrically non-conductive to the outer ring 2, facing the rotating ring 8 via a clearance for capacitance generation; and a metal member 12 electrically insulated from the fixed ring 9 and made electrically conducted to the outer ring 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
