<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rainwater inflow estimating device and rainwater inflow estimating method, estimating the rainwater inflow to a rainwater treating place with high accuracy. <P>SOLUTION: This rainwater inflow estimating device includes: a measurement amount database 30 storing time-series data of the respective measured values of the amount of rainfall and rainwater inflow; a function generating unit 11 for generating a linear function showing the relationship between the amount of rainfall and the rainwater inflow using the time-series data; and an estimating unit 12 for estimating the rainwater inflow from the rainfall amount input data including at least either the estimated value of amount of rainfall or the actual measured value using the linear function. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
