<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus which eliminates danger that optical filters may be damaged, while enabling a holding mechanism for the optical filters to be thinned. <P>SOLUTION: An imaging apparatus comprises an imaging optical system 1, an imaging device 22 for converting a subject image passed through the imaging optical system 1 into an electric signal, a holding member 24 for holding the imaging device 22, and a first elastic member 26 disposed on a surface of the imaging device 22 at a subject side. Furthermore, the imaging apparatus comprises an optical element 27 disposed on a surface of the first elastic member 26 at a subject side and a second elastic member 29 opposed to the first elastic member 26 and holding the optical element 27 with the first elastic member 26. The first elastic member 26 then forms a hollow frame shape and comes into tight contact with the imaging device 22 and the optical element 27, and the second elastic member 29 is supported by the holding member 24 in such a manner that the imaging device 22, the holding member 24, the first elastic member 26, the optical element 27 and the second elastic member 29 are integrated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
