<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein trouble information or the like of appliance is difficult to be acquired, and a problem wherein the information provided abundantly is thereby not utilized effectively. <P>SOLUTION: An appliance maintenance system includes one or more of electric appliances capable of detachably attaching a recording medium 5, and network appliance10 capable of detachably attaching the recording medium 5 and having an access means to the Internet, the electric appliance1 writes appliance related information stored in an appliance information storage part 4 into the recording medium 5, the network appliance10 acquires maintenance information about the electric appliance1 via the Internet access means 7, based on the appliance related information read in from the recording medium 5, and a method for coping with the trouble such as a failure is thereby acquired automatically through the Internet to facilitate the maintenance for the electric equipment. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
