<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a filament nonwoven fabric that has a feeling suitable for clothing, performance useful in a clean room, etc., and productivity. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The filament nonwoven fabric satisfies all the constituent requirements of (a) a flexural rigidity measured by KES-FB2 system is 0.1-8×10<SP>-3</SP>Ncm<SP>2</SP>/cm and bending hysteresis is 0.1-15×10<SP>-3</SP>Ncm/cm, (b) a dust amount is ≤5,000/ft<SP>3</SP>×100cm<SP>2</SP>, (c) a basis weight is 50-400g/m<SP>2</SP>and (d) an apparent density is 0.1-0.5g/cm<SP>3</SP>.
