<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analogue of peumusolide A capable of exhibiting MAPKK nuclear export-inhibiting activities excellent in NES independency, and pharmaceuticals such as a carcinostatic and the like, foods and drinks, supplements and biochemical reagents using the same. <P>SOLUTION: The analogue of peumusolide A is represented by formula (I).
