<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging system etc., capable of obtaining a smoothing model with an edge preserved therein by operational processing with a comparatively small load. <P>SOLUTION: The imaging system includes: a difference calculating part 203 for calculating a pixel value divergence degree between a target pixel in a target area and a peripheral pixel; a distance calculating part 202 for calculating a position divergence degree between the target pixel and the peripheral pixel; a peripheral pixel coefficient calculating part 207 for obtaining a correlative relation value by multiplying the pixel value divergence degree by the position divergence degree, obtaining a correlative index value by adding a tuning value to the correlative relation value and obtaining the reciprocal number, and obtaining the filter coefficient of the peripheral pixel from the correlative index value; a target pixel coefficient calculating part 208 for obtaining the filter coefficient of the target pixel from the pixel value divergence degree; and a convolution calculating part 210 for calculating the smoothing model pixel value of the target pixel by performing filter calculation by the use of the obtained filter coefficient. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
