PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hollow-forging member and a producing method thereof by which even in the case of performing the hollow-forging, the weight reduction can be obtained under state of securing the toughness and in the case of applying the plating, plating solution is not invaded into the lightening hole. SOLUTION: A hollow-forging bolt 10 is formed into almost bar-state and also, the lightening hole 20 is arranged toward axial direction on the shaft center from the one end side of the shaft center, and a projecting wall 13 for projecting in the shaft center direction from the inner wall at the opening hole end side of the lightening hole 20 and closing the opening hole end side of the lightening hole 20.
