PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer foil for forgery prevention and a formed article with forgery prevention capable of preventing troubles such as jamming and sparks caused by charging in a metal vapor deposition layer during the conveyance of a printer. SOLUTION: A transfer foil for forgery prevention includes a release layer 3, a hologram formed layer 4, a transparent vapor deposition layer 5, a metallic printed layer 6 and an adhesive layer 7, layered in this order on one surface of a substrate 2, wherein the metallic printed layer 6 contains metal vapor deposition flakes. A formed article with forgery prevention having metallic gloss and high reflection can be easily obtained by using the transfer foil 1 for forgery prevention and by thermally transferring the foil to an object of the purpose, the obtained article showing similar appearance to an article using a hologram transfer foil having a metal vapor deposition layer represented by aluminum.
