PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slide device of a telescopic boom convenient even in the aspect of part management by largely reducing the number of part items required for one slide device, while improving manufacture in a short time, by simplifying machining in the aspect of manufacturing a part. SOLUTION: This slide device 13 of the telescopic boom slidingly supports an inside boom 12 by slidingly contacting with the lower outside surface of the inside boom 12 by being arranged at the tip of an outside boom 11 of the telescopic boom formed by telescopically fitting and inserting the cylindrical inside boom 12 having a similar lower part shape to and into the cylindrical outside boom 11 having a substantially U-shaped lower part shape, and has a slide plate constituting body 14 forming parallel grooves on one side of a rectangle on the plate surface of a slide plate base material of a rectangular plate shape, and a slide plate holding means 20 holding the slide plate constituting body 14 bent along the grooves at the tip of the outside boom 11.
