PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment apparatus of harmful substances such as an organic halogen compound and the like which efficiently agitates solid to which harmful substances are attached and adsorbed by an agitation mechanism to enhance the treatment efficiency. SOLUTION: The treatment apparatus of harmful substances is provided with an enclosure 1 to introduce the solid to which the harmful substances such as an organic compound and the like are attached and adsorbed, a micro-wave irradiation mechanism 2 to radiate microwave to the solid which the harmful substances introduced to the enclosure 1 are attached and adsorbed and the agitation mechanism 6 having a rotation blade 61A, 61B arranged multistagedly to the up and down direction for agitating the solid to which the harmful substances introduced into the disclosure 1 are attached and adsorbed.
