<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a receiving device which receives broadcast information and time information and can be made low-cost, low in power consumption, and compact. <P>SOLUTION: A television receiving device 1 comprises a local oscillation signal generating means of selecting one signal to be received out between an input broadcast signal and time signal, determining a local oscillation frequency according to the selected signal to be received, and generating a local oscillation signal having the local oscillation frequency, a frequency converting means 24 of converting the signal to be received included in the receiving signal into an intermediate-frequency signal having a frequency which is the difference between the local oscillation frequency and the frequency of the signal to be received by mixing the local oscillation signal and receiving signal with each other, a demodulating means 40 of demodulating the intermediate-frequency signal, and an output means 50 of outputting information, the local oscillation signal generating means determining the local oscillation frequency so that an occupation frequency band of the intermediate-frequency signal is included in a predetermined frequency band. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
