<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production management system storing quality information of a workpiece even when abnormality such as trouble of a communication circuit or failure of an upper information processor occurs, and certainly performing quality control. <P>SOLUTION: This production management system has: the upper information processor 2 managing a production line L; and information collection devices 4 connected to the upper information processor 2 by a communication line 3, disposed along the production line L, taking out the quality information Iq related to the workpiece W from an ID tag 7 carried together with the workpiece W, and transferring it to the upper information processor 2. The information collection device 4 has: a primary storage memory 11 temporarily storing the quality information Iq transferred from the ID tag 7; a transmission part 10 transmitting the quality information Iq stored in the primary storage memory 11 to the upper information processor 2, and erasing the quality information Iq inside the primary storage memory 11 after confirming transmission completion; and a non-volatile memory 16 storing the quality information Iq such that the non-volatile memory 16 sequentially stores the quality information when the transmission of the quality information can not be completed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
