<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To record a television broadcast with convenience. <P>SOLUTION: An HDD 18 of a digital broadcast receiver has a video storage unit 181 which stores video information received via a receiving unit 15, and a CPU 11 has a video display unit 112 which outputs video information received via the receiving unit 15 to a display 172, a receivable/unreceivable decision unit 111, which decides whether a television broadcast can be received via the receiving unit 15, a reception processing decision unit 113 which decides whether the television broadcast is being received via the receiving unit 15; and a video recording unit 117 which receives a television broadcast of a preset channel via the receiving unit 15 and writes received video information in a video storage unit 181, when it is decided that the television broadcast can be received, as well as, that the television broadcast is not received. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
