<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a superconducting wire material in which Ar gas content is reduced, and to provide a method and device for manufacturing the same. <P>SOLUTION: This has raw material powders 50 in order to be made as a core part of the superconducting wire, and a tube 12 into which the raw material powders 50 are filled in a vacuum environment. The tube 12 is vacuum sealed. The core part is wire drawn together with the tube in a state of being vacuum sealed to the tube, and becomes the superconducting wire material. A metallic tube 11 for filling becomes a tube of a double structure constituted by superposing the outside tube 20 to function as a stabilizing layer and the inside tube 30 to function as a shielding layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
