PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an authentication technique for authenticating one-time passwords of a plurality of tokens to increase user convenience. SOLUTION: An authentication apparatus 4 for authenticating the one-time passwords of a plurality of tokens associated with one account has an authentication storage means 48 in which a password creation key is stored for each of the plurality of tokens; a change means 45 for accepting an instruction from a terminal 2 to change the token, and setting a flag for the password creation key of the designated token in the authentication storage means 48; a request acceptance means 41 for accepting an authentication request from the terminal 2 including a first one-time password, and specifying the password creation key with the flag set thereto from the authentication storage means 48; a creation means 42 for creating a second one-time password based on the password creation key specified; and an authentication means 43 for authenticating whether or not the first one-time password matches the second one-time password, and determining that authentication is successful if they match.
