PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide ink measuring mechanism designed so that ink can be uniformly removed from an anilox roll without requiring accurate positioning for assembly and, even if wear occurs, the influence of the wear on ink removal performance is small. SOLUTION: The ink measuring mechanism includes: the anilox roll having a groove formed in its cylindrical face; a blade having a flat contact face that can be brought into contact with the cylindrical face of the anilox roll over the axial direction of the roller; and a guide means for guiding the blade so that the direction in which the blade moves mainly coincides with the direction in which the blade is brought into contact with the anilox roll or separated therefrom.
