<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical fiber grating device having a stable optical characteristic independent of input light intensity and environmental temperature, and to provide an optical fiber laser using the optical fiber grating device. <P>SOLUTION: The optical fiber grating device comprises: the optical fiber grating having a core part and a clad part formed on the outer periphery of the core part, and a part of the core part has, in its longitudinal direction, a grating formed part on which a grating is formed to reflect light having a predetermined wavelength band; a base having a housing groove for housing the grating formed part, and a negative linear expansion coefficient; a resin member which is so formed to cover at least the outer periphery of the grating formed part and fix the grating formed part in the housing groove and conduct the heat which is generated in the grating formed part to the base. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
