<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily form an insulating film by removing the unwanted section of a deposited electrode film of a solar panel. <P>SOLUTION: A device for removing an unwanted electrode film for solar panel is used, which comprises: a load-receiving means B receiving the load of the solar panel A with the electrode film deposited on one side of a glass substrate so that the electrode film is on the upper side and each side edge is protruded from a periphery; a first traveling body 9 fitted so as to advance and retract along the side edge of the solar panel by a traveling means on the outside of the side edge of the received solar panel; a laser head 18 being fitted to the first traveling body and peeling the unwanted section for the electrode film irradiated from a lower section; and a suction box 19 being fitted to the first traveling body and sucking the peeled electrode film. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
