<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pouched liquid food enabling to cook a delicious dish by utilizing microwave heating without losing the color, flavor, eating feel and the like of food ingredients. <P>SOLUTION: The pouched liquid food 1 is the one where a liquid food 30 is filled and sealed in a pouch 10, and it is so devised that a solid food ingredient 50 can be put into the pouch 10 and the heating/cooking by a microwave oven and the subsequent taste-impregnating treatment can be carried out. The pouch 10 has a zipper portion 13 that makes the inlet for the solid food ingredient and a check valve mechanism 20 for discharging the steam when heating/cooking by the microwave oven.
