<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting device containing a fluorescent powder composition which is reduced in manufacturing cost, has low power consumption, can be easily mass-produced, has uniform optical color and no color inclination, can acquire characteristics such as long lifetime, and can acquire an advantage of efficiently improving light emission efficiency by improving conversion efficiency of the fluorescent composition through addition of rare-earth elements. <P>SOLUTION: A fluorescent powder layer is formed on a light-emitting element by a wet application process or a dry deposition processing, the fluorescent powder layer is composed of a fluorescent powder composition uniformly mixed at a predetermined proportion, and the fluorescent powder layer can be converted into various kinds of required light-emitting spectrums on the basis of different light-emitting spectrums of the respective light-emitting elements by a microcosmic light-color mixing effect of the particles of the fluorescent powder composition. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
