<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductive belt which has excellent environmental stability of electrical characteristics such as surface resistivity and hardly undergoes a change by the external environment, while taking advantages of excellent mechanical characteristics such as strength and very low extensibility of a polyimide film, and which when used as an intermediate transfer belt or a transfer conveyance belt in an electrophotographic recording apparatus, can transfer a good image onto a recording sheet without causing deformation and uneven transfer of toner images, and retains performance to separate the conveyed recording sheet over a long period of time. <P>SOLUTION: The semiconductive belt has a single-layer polyimide film having a volume resistivity at 25°C and 60% RH of 10<SP>9</SP>-10<SP>16</SP>Ωcm, a surface resistivity at 25°C and 60% RH of 10<SP>10</SP>-10<SP>17</SP>Ω, and a fluctuation band of ≤1.0, based on common logarithms of surface resistivities at 30°C and 85% RH and at 10°C and 15% RH. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
