摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a robot simulation device which increases the production efficiency of a robot production system by shortening a study time required for changing the setting of the system including an actual robot and camera following the change of a conveying method. <P>SOLUTION: This robot simulation device comprises: a display for laying out and displaying the models of a belt conveyor, an object, and a robot at predetermined positions; a moving condition designating means for designating the moving direction and the moving speed of the object; an imaging condition designating means for designating the relative position of the camera to the object and the imaging conditions; a teaching model storage means for storing the teaching model of the object collated with a static image acquired by the camera; a holding position calculation means for calculating the held position of the object held by the robot by computation according to the position-attitude of the object obtained by collating the static image with the teaching model and the moving direction and the moving speed of the object; and a teaching position setting means for setting the teaching position of the robot according to the held position. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p>
