<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting which can prevent the finger from being caught when a sash is opened. <P>SOLUTION: When the sash 10 is operated for opening, in an operating zone from a first opening location (location D) to a second opening location (location E), a decelerating member 25 exerts a decelerating force, and therefore the opening speed of the sash 10 is decelerated by virtue of the decelerating force. Thereafter when the sash 10 in the decelerated state reaches the second opening location, or when the sash once stops before reaching the second opening location, a gap dimension L1 between a door leading-side stile 13 at the second opening location and a vertical rib 7 is set to 15 to 80 mm, and therefore the finger is prevented from being caught in the gap. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
