<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation mode setting device for improving adaptability to malfunction caused by a state change of a clock, and a semiconductor integrated circuit including the same, and a control method of the semiconductor integrated circuit. <P>SOLUTION: The operation mode setting device includes an operation mode set control part which determines phases of a reference clock and a feedback clock, and generates a fixation delaying signal, and an operation mode setting part which responds to a phase comparison signal and a pulse signal by controlling a reset signal and the fixation delaying signal, and generates a fixation completing signal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
