PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to highly accurately and easily joint a metal fine wire on a joint part of an object to be jointed with a fine wire joint mechanism, and a device and a method for jointing a fine wire using it. SOLUTION: A heater tool 50 as the fine wire joint mechanism for soldering the metal fine wire to the joint part of the object to be jointed comprises: a fine wire gripping part 2a composed of an electric heating element provided so as to be able to grip the metal fine wire; a heater chip opening and closing mechanism 30 for opening and closing the fine wire gripping part 2a in a gripping direction; a device control part 4 for making the fine wire gripping part 2a generate heat; and a transfer mechanism for relatively transferring the heater tool 50 to the object to be jointed.
