An elastic sidewalk block is provided to have weight, to have excellent coupling strength between a weight and an upper elastic panel and excellent durability, and to secure excellent productivity by manufacturing simply. An elastic sidewalk block is formed by coupling an upper elastic panel(14) made of EPDM or urethane to the upper part of a lower weight block, which is formed by molding waste tire chips to the outside of a weight(10), wherein the lower weight block and the upper elastic panel are made of similar materials and have improved adhesive property at the surface, and the lower weight block is finished with waste tire chips between the lower weight block and the upper elastic panel to provide a structure which enables to be separated from a mold when forming a projection of a fastener, thereby to couple with each other using a fastener. |
